Garlic is our main crop. It’s all planted, pulled, inspected and cleaned by myself. You won’t find cleaner garlic anywhere.

We also grow organic sunflower greens, Tuscan kale, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, potatoes and a great winter heirloom squash, Lower Salmon River. Finally, we grow a wonderful red and green pole bean, Jimenez, for seed only at this point because it’s so very rare.

What we grow is “Certified Naturally Grown” and is governed by the same standards as “Certified Organic.” The difference is, “CNG” is inspected by the farmer-members as opposed to federal inspectors. It’s designed for small farmers who cannot afford or do not wish to participate in the federal program.
