We are a young family growing organic garlic at home. We sell bulk to Alder Wood Bistro(my place of employment) weekly. This year we harvested over 3,000 beautiful bulbs and are looking to find some more customers. We have 4 varieties, delta giant and gypsy red in hardneck and inchelium and sicilano in softneck. Delta giants are our favored type, great for all purpose cooking and unbelievably easy to peel. The inchelium is a consistant award winner for flavor, and the gypsy red grows in a teardrop shape with ruby red clove coverings. We are looking to sell by the pound. Generally it’s 4 to 6 bulbs in one pound.
We also sell/produce homeground garlic powder. It’s very robust and really stands out compared to anything available @ stores around here. We have our garlic powder bottled in 4 oz. glass spice jars that are pressure sealed.
